Asbestos Consultancy
In accordance with the Health and Safety Guidelines 'Asbestos – The Survey Guide – HSG264' all housing providers have a duty to identify and manage asbestos appropriately. Whether as part of a cyclical programme or a short term recovery plan, we have the resource to meet all expectations. Energy Surveys
Savills undertake a variety of energy surveys to domestic dwellings ranging from small bespoke surveys, through to those required for the production of Energy Performance Certificates. We also undertake PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessments, which will identify the improvement measures required to meet Net Zero Carbon targets.
All of our surveyors who undertake such work are qualified Domestic Energy Assessors and Trustmark approved Retrofit Assessors.

Fire Risk Assessments
Savills provides a wide range of specialist fire safety support services to Registered Providers to ensure their compliance with both current and future regulatory requirements including Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Building Safety Act 2022. Savills has the largest dedicated stock condition surveying resource in the UK, having undertaken over one million surveys in the last five years. The information collected informs the repairs and maintenance liabilities associated with Social Housing portfolios. The data is used to inform 30-year business plans, assessment of the relevant Government Standards, e.g. Decent Homes, WHQS, SHQS, sustainability modelling, investment plans and the delivery of capital programmes.
