Savills acted on behalf of Aviva Investors Pensions Limited in sourcing a joint venture partner for a residential development opportunity in the London Borough of Southwark.

The site extends to approximately 1.9 hectares (4.69 acres) and comprises an existing retail park. It is situated within the Old Kent Road opportunity area and identified within the Area Action Plan produced by the London Borough of Southwark.
Galliard were chosen as Aviva's preferred partner to lead on securing a residential led planning permission for the site.
