CHALLENGE

Instructed by Berkeley Homes ( Oxford & Chiltern Division) in 2019 to provide consultancy, sales and marketing advice to support their 10 year build and sales program in a key regeneration area where it was important to change perceptions of a challenging location but which is undergoing huge change – to the amount of £3bn.

The Horlicks Quarter is one of  the first and largest of the new schemes at the epicenter of the redevelopment and regeneration of Slough. It provides 1300 homes across a  vast 12.5 acre site. Including the original and refurbished Horlicks Factory Building where the famous ‘Horlicks’ malted drink was made, along with a number of contemporary new buildings featuring stunning landscaped gardens, water features, private residents amenities, crèche, convenience store, deli/café and secure parking.




SOLUTION

In order to secure early off plan sales and meet targets we provided advice on pricing strategies to ensure sales success, providing a compelling  investment story for both domestic and International  buyer markets. Through a series of international and domestic events sales exceeded targets considerably.  Key to this was the provision of high quality and detailed marketing collateral along with  ample lead in time to  brief global sales teams and educate on the exciting opportunity proposition to allow them to communicate comprehensively to their buyer contacts.




RESULTS
