Laura Skoda

Laura joined Savills UK in 2021, after spending six years with Savills North America as a member of the New York City-based Capital Markets Group. Prior to Savills, Laura worked for an institutional investor focusing on the development, acquisition, and asset management of garden-style multi-family projects across the United States. Laura graduated with honours from Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a dual-degree in Accountancy & Finance.

With over 10 yeas of experience in the real estate sector in the United States, Laura specialises in the underwriting and structuring of complex operational residential transactions, with a focus on representing owners and buyers in disposing, acquiring, and monetizing valuable real estate. Laura has been involved in more than $1bn (USD) worth of transactions, marketing a variety of assets for a broad range of clients, from institutions to private equity to family trusts. Transactions comprised a range of opportunities, such as investment sales, leaseholds and partial interest sales.
